Advolium/About

Two partners.
A short list of clients.
One bar.

Advolium is a boutique advisory firm based in Paris, founded in 2025 by two senior partners with Big Four and Tier-1 strategy backgrounds.

— The firm

Built on purpose, kept small on purpose.

Advolium was set up to occupy a specific gap: the work that needs the seniority and integration of a Big Four practice, without the pyramid; and the agility of a freelance network, without the fragility.

We focus on mid-market companies — French ETIs, family businesses crossing the €100m threshold, PE-backed platforms in their first three years of ownership — and on the executives inside larger groups whose problem is the one their CEO described, not the one their division was built for.

We are headquartered in Paris and work primarily in French and English, across France, Benelux, the UK and DACH. We are deliberately the two of us; we will stay that small until growing changes the work, not before.

— The partners

Who we are.

In long form. The pedigree, the work each of us leads, and the parts of an engagement each of us will own.

Antoine Marchand

Technology, AI & delivery
Previously Senior Director, EY-Parthenon (Paris)
Before that Programme Director, Capgemini Invent
Education École des Mines de Paris; MBA, INSEAD
Sectors Financial services, industrials, PE platforms
Languages French, English

Antoine has spent twenty years inside the engine rooms of European transformation. He has rescued two nine-figure ERP programmes, stood up the data foundation of a top-three French insurer, and run the post-merger integration of a mid-cap industrial group through to synergy realisation.

At EY-Parthenon he led the firm's technology-and-AI go-to-market in Paris. He left to build Advolium because the model he wanted to sell — partner-on-the-work, accountable through landing — was not the model his employer was set up to deliver.

He is the partner you will speak to first about platform decisions, programme rescues, AI deployment, and any conversation that starts with the words “our systems.”

Camille Lefèvre

Transformation & change
Previously Partner, Strategy& / PwC (Paris)
Before that Director, Mercer Transformation
Education Sciences Po; MSc, London Business School
Sectors Retail, healthcare, business services, PE
Languages French, English, German

Camille built and led the change practice of Strategy& in Paris before founding Advolium. She has run operating-model redesigns at four mid-cap retailers, the cultural integration of two cross-border PMIs, and the change architecture of an AI rollout at scale inside a European healthcare group.

Her practical view of adoption — measure it like a P&L, name the owners, hold the steerco honest — is the spine of how Advolium engagements end. She is also why we will not sell a strategy we are not willing to deliver: she has been on the other side of that handover too many times.

She is the partner you will speak to first about operating-model change, post-merger integration, and any conversation that starts with the words “our people.”

— Honest about fit

Who Advolium is, and isn't, for.

A short, honest list. We would rather tell you on the call than three months in.

We are for
  • +Mid-market businesses (€100m–€2bn) facing a structural change.
  • +PE-backed platforms inside the first three years of ownership.
  • +French ETIs and family businesses scaling beyond their founding operating model.
  • +Executives inside larger groups whose problem is the one the CEO described.
  • +Sponsors who want fewer slides and a partner in the room.
We are not for
  • Large-cap groups that need an army on the floor for two years.
  • Buyers shopping for the cheapest day rate they can find.
  • Procurement-led RFPs where the decision is a points matrix.
  • Bodies-on-seats work or implementation labour. We will refer the right partner.
  • Anyone who needs an advisor to agree with the conclusion already on the table.

If we fit,
let's talk.

Twenty minutes with one of the partners. We will tell you, honestly, whether we are the right firm for the problem on your desk.
